  • These plans provide a progressive training model appropriate to your zwift racing score to enhance your fitness and race performance, including key training areas which are often overlooked.

  • Enhance your racing with essential warm-up and cool down sessions.

 

  • Training zones will be set based on your selected FTP within zwift.
    If you are unsure of your FTP you can conduct a specific FTP test within zwift, or your FTP will be automatically calculated from your best 20 minute power whilst using zwift.

JOIN RLP ZWIFT RIDES

Join Rob and other athletes for a weekly social ride on Zwift. Rides are banded, which means everyone stays together, regardless of their power output. 

Take this opportunity to complete your training workout in a group setting and, if you wish, enjoy some social banter and chat with coach Rob along the way.
