HOW IT WORKS
We deliver your plan via TrainingPeaks™ – the world’s most popular endurance coaching platform. All RLP coaching customers are given access to a FREE basic TrainingPeaks™ account from which you can view your training calendar, individual workout details and follow progress charts for measurable progression.
TrainingPeaks™ can sync to most commercially available training devices including Garmin, Stages, SRM, Apple, Polar and Suunto and you can export your workouts to popular e-sport platforms including Zwift and TrainingPeaks™ Virtual. This enables you to follow a workout in real-time, with onscreen instructions.
